      I want to promote the Done-For-You Webinar but when I checked it out the video said “fill out the form below”, but there is no form?

      So, how are we meant to get paid per lead when there is no form for them to fill out?

      Nevermind, just saw it. It seems like the button to fill out the form appears after they watch the video for a while.
